The Challenge!

I was reading through the comments on a lot of news post about gay marriage and such. There were a lot of hateful comments directed toward the Bible. Before you spew venom and vile and blame at the Bible, I challenge you closed minded people to read it. Just read the New Testament, pick up a New Internation Version or one of the more modern easy to read scripts, stay away from the harder to read King James Version. You blame the Bible for all your misery, but have you read it? Read it yourself, don’t listen to what someone else has to say about it. I challenge you to read the New Testament with an open heart and mind and then come back and try to spew the vile and venom. It can’t be done. I challenge you to try. Stop listening to the hate of others and read and make up your own mind, you are capable of that right? No cheating either, you must read it yourself.

On Saving and Offending

We are so afraid of offending people these days, that we won’t try and save them! It is a sad state that political correctness takes precedence over the Word of God. Are we so concerned about losing our rights as Christians that we won’t challenge others? In doing so, we are losing the very thing we seek to protect. By not challenging the others, we are letting them take over without a fight. It is Christianity that is under attack not any other faith or way of life. Who do the gays and liberals attack, who do muslims hate, who do evolutionist try to disprove, who is the attack directed at? Christians! We need to stand up Christian brothers and sisters, our calling is to save as many souls as we can, even if it means offending the very people we are trying to save! Homosexuality is wrong! Abortion is baby murder! Evolution is a desperate wish by those refusing to believe God! Jesus is the one and only Way! All other faiths, you are wrong! But fear not, not one of you are locked out from the glory of God. Jesus paid the price once and for all. Want to truly be saved? Come and ask a true Christian. We are not the kind of people stereotype by Hollywood and the liberal media. We are the salt of the earth and welcome anyone and everyone to serve the Lord. We love deeply and share eternally. We are sinners just like you, we just accept the Gift given to us by the Father. It’s time to start getting offensive my fellow Christians, not for our sake, for the sake of the ones we are offending!

Christian America is under attack!

A great quote from Albert Einstein to start this off:

Time to wake up Christian America! We are now in the same situation as the Jews in Germany so many years ago. Only for us, no one will come to defend us. To right the wrongs done against us. We must stand united in Faith. Let’s look at what Einstein had to say, first the universities were silenced. Check. You will find hardly anywhere in America more liberal than on university campuses. Everything but Jesus is allowed in these places. Don’t believe, check out how many people have been kicked out just for handing out bible tracts peacefully, or how evolution is the only thing allowed to be taught in these places.

Next Einstein said he looked at the editors of newspaper, include news media these days, and they were firmly on the side of evil. There is no doubt where America’s news media stand…as far left as they can for the most part. They freely admit it themselves.

The only one to stand up against Hitler and his world view was the Church.

Welcome to America 2009. You may say there is no connection between Hitler’s Germany and today’s America, but you are a fool if you can’t see it. The liberals are pushing through force their hate crimes laws. They will make it a crime to teach the Bible and what it has to say about gay and homosexual people. They are taking control of private industries, bank, auto and now media with their “fairness” doctrine. The new Czar they have put in place for the internet wants total control of the internet and what is said on it. They want to police your very thoughts and if your’s don’t line up with what they believe, you will be in some deep legal trouble. Sound extremist to you? Yes, the liberals are extreme and cunning in the pretty boxes that they feed this stuff to the public and they eat it up without question. The things they are pushing through are socialist. They want the state to be the center of your world and anything contrary to that is illegal.

Liberals also are in full support of abortion. I don’t care what you think, just because the baby is not out of the womb, it is still a person. Just because that person needs his or her mother to live, does not make them any less people. These people are being killed everyday under the liberal banner of choice. Killing is not a choice , it’s murder. It’s baby murder…how horrible does something have to be that the population just ignores it completely?  They are already aborting “bad” babies, the kind that may have a birth defect. Sounds like the liberals are trying to create a superior race does it not! NO one with a mental defect, retardation, or anything undesired will be allowed to be born. Instead of killing the undesired after the fact like Hitler did, the liberals are doing it up front, before they are a problem to the people.

Sound like I’m blowing things out of proportion? What will it take before we wake up and see what is going on? How much more are we going to let the liberals kick God out of the lives of American people? I ask you this, who paid for this country with their lives? Overwhelmingly, it has been Christian men and women who fought and paid for with their lives this country. Now we let them legislate away any trace of the Christian values and principles this country was founded upon. We let the lives of all our Christian brothers and sisters go to waste as we hand over this country to the un-Godly!

Sound too extreme? Good, we need to wake up and see with our own eyes what they try to sneek by under the guise of doing “good”. “Good” for who, them? It’s not good for us and it is most definitely not good by the Bible! How long before the Bible is outlawed as “hate” material? Do we have to let them go that far before we act?

Wake up Christians, fight now or be governed away!

Get right , right now!

There are many of you out there who are waiting to “get right” with God. Don’t waste one second putting it off. You are gambling with your eternal life. Anything can happen at anytime. You could lose your life today. You are not given an infinite amount of time to straighten things out, to get thing right. But some of you have hardened your hearts to God and I take real pity on you for it. It’s not a hard thing to do, God is ready and willing at anytime to accept you , no conditions to meet. You are fine the way you are. The gift is free and will completely change your life. Remeber every knee will bow, every tongue confess that Jesus is Lord. The only difference is if you do it of your own free will or not!

Robin Hood

I write this on the moronic view of liberals that they should take from the rich and give to the poor. It is just plain stupid to think we should tax the richest and give it to the poor in whatever government program of the day they choose. Do you really think the rich are going to eat the cost of the taxes? No! They are going to raise prices to compensate for the tax increase…Thus the ones paying for it in the end are the poor. It’s simple people, no rocket science involved. Besides, The “Robin Hood” method is a sin, stealing is wrong, even if disguised as taxes. Don’t hate someone who has things you don’t. Do not covet your neighbor, that is a sin also. If you can’t get what you want by your own means, that does not make it right to take it from someone who can. Stop living in this liberal Robinhood society, it’s what got us in this government controlled mess to begin with. It’s just plain un-American. Work hard with what God has given you, don’t steal it from others, no matter who they are! You only end up hurting yourself in the end.

On Hate!

This is my view on the “hate” being spewed at Christians. Liberals, especially the homosexual/trans-gendered community, are always claiming the Chrisitans as promoting “hate” by teaching the ways of the Bible. What I say to them is this… You have the hate problem, not us Christians. You spit vile and venom our way just because we proclaim the ways of your sin. We do not hate you, in fact, it is the opposite. Because we love you, we want to see you overcome your sins. We don’t want to lose any brothers or sisters to evil. We are not singling you out, we don’t like our sins any more than yours. Make no mistake , we all sin, none are exempt. The cure is simple, the price has been paid. Jesus is the Way. Stop hating us because you don’t like the truth, we don’t hate you. It seems the only acceptable form of hate and bigotry in this country is against Christians. This country does have a hate problem, it’s not against trans-gendered, homosexual or any liberally approved life style, It is against the very thing this country was founded on and that is Christianity. Though it is not to be unexpected, Jesus himself said it would be so… “You will be hated by everyone because of my name. But the person who endures to the end will be saved”(Mathew 10:22).

On that Good Friday so long ago, the people were given a choice of who to let go, they demanded Barabbas go free and Jesus to be crucified. Barabbas was a sinful, lying, cheating murderer. I can imagine the guards letting Barabbas go. They say to him, “Barabbas, you are the luckiest man in the world, that man (pointing at Jesus) is taking your place.” The wonderful thing is, Jesus did take his place, and he took mine too.  I deserve to be up on the cross, instead, He paid the price for us all! It is done!

A Poem

Here is a very wonderful poem my wife has written, I am very proud of her. I hope you enjoy it.

God’s Imperfect Child

I had a dream and in my dream I am enveloped in darkness and filled with pain and utter sadness.

Stricken with fear I huddle in a corner feeling,unsure, lost, and alone.

Living in darkness with only the cries of my own pain and anguish to keep me company I die alone.

The silence is only broken by the sounds of my pain filled sobs echoing in my ears.

Till the air is filled with the sudden sound of beating wings.

What can this new sound bring?Is it death or a creature so black and cold as to devour my very soul.

Terrified I crawl further into the corner praying that what ever it is will pass me by.

It stops in front of my hiding place as if by some instinct it knows where I am.

I pull back as I feel it reach for me, touching me with it’s hands; seeking me out drawing me nearer.

Heart pounding in terror I look up expecting to see a hellish demon ready to devour me.

My breath catches in my throat, not a demon but an angel, My angel given to me by God at the creation of time.

With kindness he looks at me and gently whispers where have you been I have been searching so long for you.

You have been lost for so long and now at last I have found you.

God has sent me to tell you he loves you and that you are not alone.That you are his treasure and most precious to him.

As he says this I hang my head in shame and whisper how can he love me knowing all I have done wrong.

All the mistakes I made all the things that are wrong with me.I am imperfect.I am not worthy of his love.

Gently he lifts my faces and speaks.He says you are imperfect because you are meant to be.

It is through him you shall be created into whom you are meant to be.

Like the rough hewn stone by his hands you shall be carved and polished.

Like the clay to a potter in the strength of his words you shall be molded.

By his love you shall become a beautiful creation of love and light.

You are his poem yet unfinished by his gentle grace.

He is the one who will write your life and paint your soul with all the wisdom and kindness of his love.

He is the one who loves you above all others, the one who loves you as the imperfect person you are.

You must remember this you are meant to be imperfect so that you might learn and grow in his love and grace.

You are his child loved and cherished full of so much potential yet to be untapped.

You are God’s imperfect child whom he loves with all his heart and soul.

Yes I reply I will remember I am God’s imperfect child.

What I learned as a Christian this week!

I’ve been putting of writing this post for a little while now, I’ve learned so much it’s hard to put it all in writing. I recently went on a Man’s retreat with my church and Pastor Neil Kennedy of Five Star Man. Gentlemen, if you get a chance, attend a Five Star Man event. It is well worth it. I’ll try and write a couple of things here that really opened my eyes in all of this. The first and in an area I had been having some issues with lately is with marriage. To put it simply, your family is like your garden. If you are looking and envying another man’s garden or you are not happy with your own, The only one to blame is yourself. You are not tending and taking care of your own garden, so you want another man’s. If you did take care and cultivate your own garden, there would be no need to look elsewhere for what you need. Men take care of your own garden’s, you will be far happier. You should view every woman who is not your wife as either your grandmother, mother, sister or daughter. Lover is only reserved for your wife. Another thing I learned and realize is true, is that God put’s those in authority over us there for a reason and will work through those people ( even if they are not Godly) to His own end and will not bypass what He has put in place just because you don’t like the person in authority. God work’s through all people weather they know it or not. Show respect to the chain of authority that God has put in place and stop whining to Him just because you don’t like it. Keep your faith in God, He will work through those in authority over you to blossom you , just as he will work through you to blossom those who you are in authority of, your children for instance. There are many, many more things that I was inlightened to on this retreat. I am very thankful to our Lord Jesus for all that He has taught me. I pray He gives me wisdom and words to pass it on to others. I admit it myself, I am not the best at conveying what it is I know to others. I just hope I can pass on what I can.
